Loved the photos of all the boats on your trip!

Thanks, Michele! For me, that was one of the most interesting parts of our trip.

We were there last fall. I thought it was funny how all of the boats were so short and stocky looking. I guess it is to get under all the walking bridges around town. Did you take the "water bus" to murano? I have never felt more like a sardine.

Looking at your photos was like taking a 5 minute vacation to Venice myself. Thanks! :)

Glad you enjoyed them, Betsy. It was a great place to visit! Much cheaper for a photo tour than the real thing!

Chase, we were fortunate to fall into a deal for free ride on a water taxi out to Murano. We had to spend some time going through a high-pressure sales tour in one of the glass factories - but the taxi ride was worth it!
